Even if the unexpected happens, the Audi connect emergency call & service package* is there for you with its functions and useful services. Whether an emergency, breakdown or possible wear and tear – the package will help you in almost any situation. You can find out which options are available in the various models via the Audi model overview in the configurator or via your myAudi app*.

Predictive maintenance*

Stay carefree on the road: with predictive maintenance*, you can keep an eye on the state of selected wear parts. You can view current status information via the myAudi app*. This is also transmitted to the Audi Partner you have specified, who will contact you in good time if maintenance is required. 

Remote vehicle diagnostics*

Using this Audi connect service, a remote diagnosis* of the vehicle can be performed. It can be started by your Audi Service Partner or Audi online roadside assistance. In this way, you will be given recommendations for further action.

Automatic service reminder*

When is the next service due? The automatic service reminder* allows you to be contacted proactively by your selected Service Partner.

Online Car Care*

You will be informed about extraordinary service events* and field campaigns* in myAudi and, depending on the vehicle model*, in the infotainment system. Information from the instrument cluster are transmitted to the myAudi app* where it can also be viewed. Should a visit to the workshop be necessary, an appointment query can be sent directly to the Audi Partner stored.

Statutory emergency call*

The emergency call* complies with the legal requirements of the pan-European emergency call system and is triggered manually or automatically in the event of a serious accident. A voice connection is established to the local emergency services centre in the respective national language and vehicle-related data is transmitted.

Audi connect emergency call

You can trigger the emergency call by pressing a button; in the event of a serious accident, this is done automatically. The Audi connect emergency call offers the advantage that you will also receive support in your own language* when abroad. The Audi emergency call centre informs the local emergency services and ensures that relevant data such as the location of the accident and the number of occupants are transmitted.

Audi incident assistance

If the vehicle sensors detect a minor accident without airbag deployment and/or belt tensioning, you will be asked on the MMI display whether you need help from trained service personnel with processing the incident or whether you want to place an emergency call.

Online roadside assistance

In the event of a breakdown, you can use the service call button in the roof module to trigger online roadside assistance and be connected to the Audi assistance centre. In many cases, the data sent by the vehicle can be used to find a quick and suitable solution for you.

Audi connect licence extension

Is your vehicle Audi connect-capable and are you already using Audi connect services*? In the myAudi app* you can see at a glance which licence is about to expire or has already expired.

The most important steps

Step 1

Log in to myAudi with a verified myAudi account as a key user or secondary user. If you do not yet have a myAudi account, please register first.

Step 2

In order for the Audi connect licence extension to be displayed, you must add an Audi connect-capable vehicle to your myAudi account using the vehicle identification number (VIN).

Step 3

Then select the Audi connect services* for which you wish to extend the licence. To complete the purchase process, you must agree to the terms of use. The next time you start your vehicle, your digital services will be active again and can be used.
